OK I'm confused and to prove I'm not deliberately leading anyone astray here, lol, let me explain. After I posted the news below in which I mentioned that Fabio Capello had said Becks couldn't walk based on this quote from Sportinglife.com

"I was very pleased with him the other day. I told him that he would leave the pitch with 20 minutes to go, but he did not want to," Capello said.

"He trains very seriously and I like that. Now he is injured and cannot walk."

I found an article and picture of Becks and Victoria Beckham smooching at Barcelona airport, Friday, that says David Beckham was on his way to do a new Pepsi Commercial (yay!). There are no crutches and he looks pretty mobile. So the plot thickens on the whole injury front? It's actually impossible under these circumstances to ascertain what the truth really is and any stab at it on my part might be wide of the mark, so I'll leave it to you to make up your own mind. As always, as Beckham fans I guess we just have to approach what we hear with caution.
