Real Madrid 2 - 2 Olympique Lyonnais
David Beckham, who is still recovering from a knee injury, and his family watched Real Madrid and Olympique Lyonnais draw last night at the Bernabeu, photos here. This means Real Madrid finished second in Group E - match report.
The Sun is reporting that Becks is going to be giving Tom Cruise's children, from his second marriage, Isabella and Connor, soccer lessons, as a wedding present to Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. That would be nice as the children are both keen soccer players and I bet they'll have a blast with Becks for a coach, full story here.
Updated @ 2pm Real Madrid have drawn Real Betis in the round of 16 of the Kings Cup. The first leg will be played January 10 and the return leg will be a week later. Story here.
Becks and Ronaldo trained separately from the team again today as they continue to work on recovering from their injuries. Becks is not expected to train tomorrow there is one photo (the last one!) on the official site. I'll look to see if there are any agency pics.

Seems that Beckham's injury is much more serious than expected! Best wishes for him!
The injury really comes at an inappropriate time! With Guti being suspended for the next two league games, Capello may have no choice but give Beckham more playing time. He really need more minutes on the pitch to maintain his fitness! Just hope that he can recover in time to make the squard against Valencia!

Me too! I was thinking the same thing, poor Becks he has had a terrible run of luck lately, it has to break soon tho!
