David Beckham to start?

Update: According to Goal.com Fabio Capello has indicated that David Beckham will start tonight against Sevilla! There were reports earlier in the week that David Beckham was expected to start and perhaps to even get a run of games now. Becks would be pleased to be starting an important La Liga game, so I hope this is correct. However, the Real Madrid site says that Reyes spot on the pitch is all but gauranteed and does not mention David Beckham. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that all the reports this week that Becks would start will be proven true.

I have also posted some thoughts about the recent rumors and speculation surrounding David Beckham's career you can read the article here and post your own thoughts in the comments section of this news item. I really hope he starts, that would be a very good step in the right direction. I hope the club also begins treating him better- like the amzing player he is! He deserves to be playing as much as possible, so wherever he needs to be to do that, it will be fine by me.

Thanks for the update hun :)

That would be very cool if David played in the charity game I think.

Thanks for the article. It's a very comprehensive and in-depth analysis on Beckham's possible future. It really clears my mind on a number of issues. Nevertheless, while I understand that Beckham may be the best ambassador for promoting football in the US, personally I still prefer to see him in Europe. US, maybe for a few years later, if he does not retire early!

Thanks <3 and Ben

Oh and to the person above who said about personally preferring him in Europe, I agree as I said if he has to leave Real Madrid and I'm still 50-50 on that then Serie A is my first choice - but it's Becks choice that matters :)
