The Sun had a story about fans in the US already queuing up to buy Beckham shirts so I have been checking out gear on Soccer.com
The good news, if you choked on your coffee when you saw the LA Galaxy colors and the "wake the dead" bright yellow home shirt, (what you like that color? ok guess it's just me!) is that the away shirt is much nicer! Several online stores have an option for you to customise the shirt with the name and the number of the player of your choice... no prizes for guessing my choice. So I guess you could order a Beckham number 07 LA Galaxy shirt! There's just two things to consider first:

1. The 2007 season strip may be different, as the LA Galaxy are in the process of a getting a new "front of shirt" sponsor and if that is the case you could end up with a "replica" shirt that David Beckham will in fact never wear.

2. We don't officially know David Beckham's number yet. He has indicated he would like to wear 23 but there has been no formal announcement.
