La Liga Leaders!
Update - There are some more photos of David Beckham and his family watching the Espanyol game in the gallery

The weekend is over, the results of week 34 of La Liga are in and David Beckham's dream of leaving on a high note and of winning the title with Real Madrid is very much alive! The table reads as follows
Real Madrid : 66
Barcalona : 66
Sevilla : 64
Valencia : 62
Barcelona have tied 1-1 with Real Betis. So raise a glass to Betis and their 89th minute goal scored by a player who I've never heard of, Sobis, but I'm a huge fan of his now! Real Madrid no longer need to wait for Barcelona to slip as they are in front on goal advantage (details) based on the two matches the clubs have played against each other this season. Four wins in four weeks would see Real Madrid win La Liga. They are masters of their own destiny. There is a good article about Real Madrid's ascendancy over at UEFA.com
The four remaining games are - week 35: Away to Recreativo, week 36: Home to Deportivo week 37: Away to Zaragoza and finally week 38: Home to Mallorca. Here's wishing the team the very best of luck in these four crucial games.

Also we also being Italian support Manchester, are happy for they. But hour all our prayers are for the Real. We have disliked Capello for as David had humiliated even if Calderon has, allowed husband it instead hopes that the Real loses because it dislikes Capello(we have an enemy in house, but we finger cross). Hello, Loredana, Samuele, Gabriel.

In the pictures you kinda sense through Beckham's expression whether they were taken in first half or in the second half :)He sure does wear his heart on his sleeve.

It would be a cracking end to his career at madrid if they won the leauge. I still think that he would have signed a new deal with Madrid, if at the time he hadn't been on the bench for a number of games. I think he felt that was how it was going to stay for him under capello.
I'm sure as hell that the beckham I've watched and listened to over the years will feel sad at leaving madrid, if not a little regretful. No doubt he'l swallow those feelings and make the best of his career in america

I agree completely. I think he may even have signed in March--which he and Real Madrid announced after new years would be his decision deadline, giving Becks enough time to see if he would fit into Capello's plans for the squad...and Capello had been "depending" on him more (Capello's words) during the first matches of the year, so who knows...
It's sad that RM forced the decision he made with their atrocious vision and inexcusable behavior.
I'm very happy to see Becks enjoying his time with the team now. I hope the MOST wonderful season-end ;-) and that he is able to find fulfillment in this next stage of his career (LOTS of wishing :-) ) !
Picture me one of the pink cheerleaders!!!
