This may be the first time that David has taken a photo I don't like but he looks so uncomfortable and they've done something to his beautiful eyes. It just doesn't work...for me...others may like it!

I've seen the eye make-up but never THIS much airbrushing (he does always look best before, during, after matches).
But they should definitely fire this ad agency. Whatever strange things ads have had them get up to in the past, at least the photos capture emotion. These are just bad. ;-) -- why would you ask the gent to look angry in a picture of intimacy, and more importantly where have they hidden his legs in pic # 2!? I don't usually take this much interest in the off the pitch photos, but that is a mystery...

I agree with you Diane it is a slightly unflattering angle too. They both look good but I think a different photographer might have done better. The W photos were sexier!

lol Diane I guess they are behind him and we theoretically don't see them because of where Victoria is positioned and the angle - or they airbrushed them out lol you choose :)

Thanks everyone for tackling the critical issues of the day! Comforting assurances...the airbrushing theory isn't bad considering that there's no longer a scar on his face...guess I'll have to study the situation a bit more when I get the chance ;-) . Hmmm, airbrushing out David Beckham's legs, now THAT is losing the plot, lol.
But I'm glad the "glare" is making so many fans happy...I do see your point Laurance!

HOLD THE PRESSES!!! Knees visible under sheets either side of Victoria. lol Guess a detective career isn't on if my current job doesn't work out ;-) . Fun distraction from usual worries about what the heck else the tabs are going on about though ... can I have finally kicked that habit :)))) ?

Nina do you mean a third new pic as there have been three pics in total but the first of them came out a couple of weeks ago mid August and is already in the Advertising gallery? So do you mean there are three pics total or four pics total that you've heard of? If we see any others we will post :)

Correction :) There are four pics as there are 2 versions of the Ad that came out last month they are identical except for Becks wrist position - I actually didn't realise the pictures were different at first lol. Still haven't seen any additional pics though of Posh on top of Becks and I'm sure to notice if I see that :)
