Gullit Regime in Full Effect
Andrea Canales has a great new article on ESPN.com all about Gullit's new regime for the Galaxy, quoting several players about the changes made and the impact they're having. Read the piece here.
"The game has changed so much in the last 10, 15 years," Beckham said. "It's all about eating right, and drinking right and looking after yourself these days. If you don't, you don't perform at a high level."
Major personnel shake-ups, diet changes, and an overall far more watchful eye are just some of the things to which the Galaxy are having to adjust.
"We have to improve in all areas, because at the end of the day, we can't have things like last season," Beckham said. "All the way through the team we have to improve, from the back to the front. That's what we have to do. It's not just certain players. It's a team."

Showing His Fatherly Dedication
I'm a little confused about the timing of this article, as it states yesterday (i.e. the 17th) David and Victoria took the boys out to see The Little Mermaid on Broadway (and the description of the weather we've been having here lately certainly corresponds!). On the other hand, the Pan-Pacific cup starts 2 days from now. Maybe a quick trip in the opposite direction from Hawaii to spend some quality family time before he gets down to work? Or, an outdated bit of news, if he's already hit the islands... All I can say is it takes a dedicated father to brave NYC in winter when he could be on the beaches of Hawaii.

Apparently one of David's Valentine's Day gifts to Victoria (black rose tattoo aside) was a naked portrait of Marilyn Monroe. To quote Forrest Gump, “that's all I have to say about that”. Primarily because what more can be said?

thanks for the post. great job. there is a very cute video of Beck's little son-cruz dance on the stage of spice gril last night. He is so cute. by the way, is there any chance to change the banner? I really don't like this one.

hope david manages to have some fantastic games for galaxy during the next few weeks as im sure capello will be watching and equally sure the beckham haters will be waiting for any opportunity to claim he is not fit enough for england.I think this will be a difficult time for becks but i know that all his fans will be using a lot of positive energy to help the cause. can we bring back the guardian angels? on a different note a lot of people that used to regularly comment on this site seem to have drifted away , i miss their comments. iknow everyone has busy lives and galaxy season has hardly started but where are you guys? where is syd? anyway i will stop now and before i go iwould like to say i think the last few posts have been really good. deb x x

The article in clearly mistaken about when they went to see the little mermaid because, it is not possible for them to have been in New York at that time, the last time David was with the entire family was before the Spice Girls shows in Toronto and then he took Brooklyn and Romeo back to LA and did training and since he had to go to Hawaii the boys went back with their mom so I believe that these pictures are of when the Spice Girls were first in New York and not yesterday, I hope that makes some sense.

Thank for the post, great job. We like to see the match: Galaxy against Gamba Osakama it will be difficult, someone knows if it is possible with online?. Yes anonimus some reason you do not write more comments, but we hope that they do a visit, and write again, we fans Becks must be united. I don't remember when it was but Anna once posted a link for the Superliga game that becks played... it wasn't a sopcast or anything... i was just a straight link that brought computer-illiterates like me straight to the game! lol
Any chance we can do that for tonight's game?

yes could you plese post a link and if possible can u find out if it will be replayed on a website at another time because it will be too hard to watch becuase of the timing of it
