AC Milan 1 – 1 Juventus
Unfortunately Milan were unable to beat Juventus on Sunday. It certainly was a lively game – ending with Milan down to 10 men due to Favalli receiving two yellow cards. In fact, David will now miss Milan’s trip to play Udinese because of yellow card accumulation. He played 67 minutes and was subbed out for Pato. Match report here.

After hitting the bench, the commentator made much of David icing his ankle. There is so much gossip pollution out there right now that it’s difficult to peel away the useless information to find the valuable, such as, what injury does David have, if any? I did some digging and found nothing of substance. Please comment if you’re aware of the extent; I got the feeling from what was being said that it was a strain or minor injury with which he’s been struggling for some time. I’m still slightly out of the loop, but I’m getting there… :)
