LA, Chicago meet looking to clinch

Through 27 games, the Los Angeles Galaxy and Chicago Fire have posted identical records, and Friday night on the ESPN family of networks the second-place teams in each conference meet with a chance to book their place in the MLS Cup Playoffs. Noel Gallagher and David Beckham dress at Trekkies for new advert

Ex Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher and football superstar David Beckham will both appear in a new advert for fashion brand Adidas, dressed as Star Trek characters.

The pair appear alongside a host of celebs in a new advert for Adidas which was shot in London last week.

According to the London Evening Standard both Gallagher and Beckham dress up in Trekkie uniforms for a section of the ad.

Other well-known figures rumoured to be involved with the campaign include Ian Brown, Snoop Dogg, Agyness Deyn and Daft Punk. Source
