Beckham urges AC Milan not to dwell on derby defeat

David Beckham has urged AC Milan teammates not to dwell on last night’s derby defeat.

Inter defeated Milan 2-0, despite playing for over an hour with ten men.

Beckham, on-loan from LA Galaxy, said afterwards: “We are very sorry for this defeat, but that’s part of football. Although we were eleven against ten, we were unlucky, it can happen.

“Now, however, nothing is lost. We can still fight back. We can still believe by winning again as early as the next league game.” Source

Burglars steal Beckham’s shirt

A FRAMED England football shirt signed by David Beckham was among a haul of football memorabilia and jewellery stolen during a burglary.

Police are appealing for help in tracing the items stolen from a house in Durham City which were worth thousands of pounds.

The haul also included a second England football shirt and England rugby shirt, both framed and both signed by players.

The burglary took place between Friday, January 15 and Monday, January 18. Keep reading

Becks Earns from Avatar

Rooney, 24, along with David Beckham, 34, Steven Gerrard, 29, and Frank Lampard, 31, had invested around 100,000 pounds each in British film financing firm Ingenious Media, which uses the money to back a number of movie ventures.

Now with ‘Avatar’ expected to make 250million pounds for Ingenious Media, they are set to make big money.
